When you’re ready to place your order, we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Order Placement: Begin by sharing a brief description of yourself and your preferences in the order message window. This initial information helps Faye tailor your order to your unique needs.

2. Personalised Contact: After you’ve placed your order, Faye, will reach out to you via email. She will gather additional details, including requesting photographs from you to assist her with your portrait.

3. Deposit Requirement: To proceed with your order, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required. This deposit ensures that Faye can begin working on your custom piece and reserve your spot.

4. Shipping Details: Shipping costs will be dependent on your regional location, and we use Australia Post for our shipping services. Prices may vary depending on the size of the portrait and your location. Faye will provide you with accurate shipping cost estimates during the finalisation process, so you are fully informed before proceeding with shipment. Orders are only shipped within Australia at this time. 

In the event you are not fully satisfied with the outcome of your portrait, Faye is committed to collaborating with you to make the requisite adjustments prior to its final shipment. Please note the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Faye retains ownership of any portraits that are cancelled.

Upon your approval of the final piece, full payment is necessary before the portrait is dispatched to you.

Faye maintains copyright ownership to all of her artwork. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree Faye may use the artwork for promotional and marketing purposes.
